When someone stops by your for sale sign to pick up a flyer, we want them to think one thing.  “Wow I want to see this house!” We came up with the idea of doing something like a small magazine for every listing!  We produce High gloss, double sided 11×17 flyers with 8.5×11 inserts to achieve this.  Coupled with the professional photography that the Bodeen Team pays for at no extra cost to you, we believe this creates a wow factor every time someone makes a run for the flyer box.

We also put QR Codes on our signs or as we call them “Smart Codes.”  This enables someone to take a picture with their smart phone and instantly be directed to a full photo tour of your home or even a video tour if we have completed one for your home.

As you are probably aware, the vast majority of potential buyers today begin their home search online.  With tens of thousands of homes for sale in the valley, it is imperative that our listings receive the exposure they need.

Between the MLS and HomeSmart, your listing is automatically syndicated to over 300 home search websites.  This includes the big ones like Zillow, Trulia,, and Redfin.

Your Home’s Best Foot Forward

We hire a professional stager at no extra cost to our sellers for each of our listings.  We have always been absolutely thrilled with the results.  Many people drastically underestimate the value of an amazing presentation.  It can and does effect what most buyers are willing to pay for a home.

Professional photography is a must in today’s market where supply and demand lean heavily in favor of the buyer.  We again pay for this ourselves at no additional cost to the seller.

For some homes, we will also do an HD video tour.  This is something most agents do not do, usually because of the extra expense.  We feel that the more excitement we can generate about a property, the quicker we can get it sold and for a better price.
